Final Note
By enrolling at Dance Unlimited, students and families agree to uphold these values.
Together, we can ensure a welcoming and inspiring environment for everyone to shine.
At Dance Unlimited, our aim is to nurture a positive, respectful, and enjoyable environment
for all our students. If the guidelines are not followed, we will use a fair and structured
approach to address any issues, giving every child the opportunity to learn and grow. Our
three-strike system is designed to encourage reflection and improvement:
• Strike One: A verbal reminder will be given, highlighting the importance of following the
rules.
• Strike Two: We will inform parents/guardians of the situation, and in some cases, we
may ask that a child be collected early from class for not following the rules if necessary.
• Strike Three: Depending on the circumstances, a student may face a temporary ban
from classes and/or competitions.
If these steps do not lead to improvement, and the behaviour continues to affect the
positive atmosphere of the school, we may need to make the difficult decision to ask the
child to leave. In such cases, we are obliged to notify any other studios or teachers of the
reasons for their dismissal. This may impact the student’s ability to enrol at another school.
Our goal is always to work together with students and parents to resolve issues positively
and to help every child thrive as part of our dance family.
The above rules apply at all times, at both competitions & classes.

Late or Unpaid Bookings
• If a student attends a class or 1:1 lesson without prior payment, an invoice for late

At Dance Unlimited, we understand that circumstances can change, and we would never
want financial difficulties to prevent a child from continuing their dance journey. If you are
struggling financially or need support, please reach out to us. We are always open to
finding solutions to keep your child in classes and ensure they can continue to grow and
thrive in their dancing.
Accuracy in Booking
• Parents must ensure they are booking the correct 1:1 lesson time slots and classes.
